Step01. Preliminary design drawing
After understanding your needs, our expert team will create a preliminary design drawing with high industry compatibility, making it easy to discuss and modify with you.
Step02. 2D design drawing
After finalizing the preliminary design, our engineer will create 2D drawings for the manufacturing team to evaluate production and estimate costs.
Step03. 3D design drawing
After the initial evaluation, our engineer will create a 3D drawing to finalize the design and material, and provide the final evaluation and quotation.
After confirming the material drawing, the manufacturing team will evaluate the product in all aspects and estimate the cost.

Step01. Confirm the design drawing
After the manufacturing team obtains the preliminary design drawing, they will evaluate the feasibility, dimensions, materials, and whether the solution meets the requirements.
Step02.Cost estimation
After confirming the design drawing, the product complexity, size, material, and quantity will be estimated for product pricing.
After evaluation and confirmation, prototype samples will be produced and tested. Once you approve them, we will proceed with the production order.

Step01. Sample Simulation Testing
With customization experience, you can use ANALYSIS for performance simulations. Once the product meets requirements, we can save time and costs by moving directly to mold-making and sample production.
Step02. Mold Making and Sample Production
After simulation testing or new product development, our production team will create molds and test production yields before starting actual sample production.
Step03. Sample Testing
After producing the samples, they undergo testing with the latest equipment for thermal, acoustic, and airtightness performance to ensure they meet your requirements.
Manufacturing Production
After confirmation and ordering, manufacturing begins. Dynatron uses its own factory and facilities to provide cooling solutions that meet design requirements and ensure the highest quality products.

We produce components with stamping, packaging, and welding machines, achieving a monthly capacity of up to 90,000 units to meet efficiency requirements.
Step02. Assembly
We assemble up to 70,000 units monthly and follow strict SOPs and ISO9001 quality standards.
Step03. Quality Management
Our quality management covers raw material inspection, in-process checks, finished product sampling, appearance verification, and proper packaging and shipping.
